Alta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. was founded in 2007 with business activity related to import of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, medical cosmetics, as well as their distribution to pharmacies and wholesalers of medicines. The company also performs activities related to the analysis of the medicinal products market and the pharmaceutical sector and owns:
A wholesale distribution of medicinal product for human use authorisation - July 2007;
A wholesale distribution of medical devices authorisation - October 2007;
A wholesale distribution of food supplements authorisation - November 2007;
A wholesale distribution of medicinal products containing narcotics substances - December 2007;
In 2010 it was certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 by LRQA.
In 2013 it expanded its activities by licensing two additional locations - in Ruse and Stara Zagora.
In 2016 it was certified according to the updated standard ISO 9001: 2015 by LRQA with scope: Wholesale of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics. Pre-wholesale services including administrative service, storage and distribution of goods. Good distribution practice.
